1 Year At LawInSport: My Journey So Far
Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to the collective success of LawInSport. In this article, you'll learn more about LawInSport, my role and contributions over the past year.
LawInSport is the world's leading sports law knowledge hub and global community, with the objective of helping people and organisations in sport understand and access the law.
My Role At LawInSport
I am currently the Social Media Manager and Marketing Associate at LawInSport. My day-to-day responsibilities in this role include:
- Oversee LawInSport's social media platforms on a day-to-day basis.
- Orchestrate and monitor social media content and strategy daily, to drive social channel engagement and growth.
- Formulate monthly digital content schedules, to maximise brand visibility and growth across all digital platforms.
- Create and refine an ongoing social media strategy, pinpointing target audiences, key social trends and KPIs, to compliment the wider business and marketing objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end process of digital content creation, to generate all digital assets, whilst maintaining consistent branding.
- Craft segmented email marketing campaigns using HubSpot's CRM platform, to communicate important business developments and increase event ticket sales.
- Produce monthly reports for social media and the website using Google Analytics, identifying key trends in the data and highlighting vital insights for future initiatives.
- Operate social media content coverage on event days across all social media channels, featuring and highlighting high profile guest speakers and sports organisations.

During my first year at LawInSport, I've gained invaluable industry knowledge on the most important topics and legal developments in sports law, through direct access to articles written by industry experts, networking with professionals, and attending key events hosted alongside a variety of different leading sports and law organisations.
Alongside knowledge building, I've had the opportunity of leading and executing digital marketing campaigns and strategies for featured exclusive events and projects, featuring high profile guest speakers and attending sports organisations.
